Motte Historical Car Museum

Officially known as Motte Historical Car Museum, fans of this unique place often refer to it simply as “The Barn.” The barn got its start back in 1910, thanks to one of the first families of Perris Valley. The Motte family were traditional farmers at heart—but true pioneers in spirit. Inside their historic home, you’ll find enough rich automotive history to eat up at least the entire day. It all unfolds just off historic Highway 74 in charming Sun City.

Menifee History Museum

Located next to Menifee Valley Middle School and established in 2016, the Menifee History Museum is dedicated to sharing Menifee’s still-unfolding history with the public. The museum is only open to in-person visitors on Sundays from 1-4 p.m., but you can take a virtual tour anytime at the museum’s website.
